The task of the web designer, that would be me, is to create a practical, functional, visually appealing web site that communicates what your business is all about. Each web site and its design is unique in what it offers. We help you make decisions such as the content to be included, choosing the right text fonts and graphics that will convey your theme, and the type of navigation...just to name a few.
A basic site starts at $500 + PST (less than 3 pages) Estimated cost would be $175 per web page. It is best to get a quote as each business need and budget will be considered. I will build your web site with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques in mind. What is SEO? When incorporated into your web pages, these site building techniques increases your web site's chances of getting noticed by the search engines via search results. Domain Name Registration and Web Site Hosting - help you choose an appropriate domain name and discuss your options to set up and maintain your web hosting plan.
Quote - The most important part...for both of us!
Proposal - no plan is perfect until it's approved by you.
Development - 50% of quoted price must be paid and contract signed before web site is built.
Test Web Site - testing your web site is critical to ensure there are no errors.
Go Live - with your approval and remaining payment on your account.
Maintenance Package

Continuous domain name registration and web hosting services.
Moderate changes and updates are free for two weeks after completion and launching of web site. Bi-annual audits on your site to make sure everything is running accordingly and that files do not contain broken links.
All updates, changes, or edits after will be billed at a discounted rate of $30/hour, with no minimum time.

HTML Coding Edits
Slight modifications of the design, adding photos or scripts will cost $35/hr. (You must have access to your files on the server.)
Text changes, edits and updates
I contract myself out for the editing or updating of your content management system for $30/hr with a minimum one hour per call. To be more cost effective, it will take less time when you bundle your edits.
Redesign
These prices are the same as creating a web site with a minimum $500 for a basic web site. A discount on subsequent pages will be given or if you anticipate only minor changes, you may want to ask for the hourly rate, whichever is less.
